Who is this workshop for?

This course is designed for product managers, designers, founders, researchers and anyone who want to go beyond the basics and build strong, practical research skills.

It’s ideal for anyone responsible for making product or business decisions based on user insights.

Do I need experience with AI tools?

We assume you have a basic level of interaction with LLMs like ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini etc, but no prior experience for research-focused use of these tools is required.

We’ll introduce the tools during the course and show you exactly how to use them in a research context.

The focus is on applying AI effectively and responsibly, not just writing prompts.

Is the course theoretical or practical?

Largely practical with theory to support your learning.

Each session includes guided exercises, group work, and real use cases so you can apply what you learn immediately.

Will I get templates or materials?

Yes.

You’ll receive frameworks, templates, and example workflows you can directly apply to your own projects.

How do ideas actually get brought to life?

We don’t stop at thinking, we build.
