Before we write a single line of code, we lock in your North Star metric and break your vision into “must-have” vs. “nice-to-have.” Think of it like packing for a desert island: only essentials make the cut. Our technical project lead enforces it at every stand-up.

By the end of the sprint, you’ll walk away with a clickable prototype (built in Figma or Proto.io) that’s ready to demo to investors, a production-ready codebase hosted in your Git repository, a fully configured CI/CD deployment pipeline, and a comprehensive scope document complete with a prioritized backlog of next steps for future sprints.

Flexibility is built into the process. During hourly check-ins, you can reprioritize features—within reason. If you need a major pivot, we’ll pause work, re-scope, and adjust deliverables accordingly (additional scope may impact timeline).

Before Day 1, we’ll run a focused pre-work phase: our team will connect with you to dive deep into your vision, jam on your idea, clarify your goals, and ensure we’re completely aligned—so when Day 1 arrives, we can hit the ground running.

We’ll schedule a 1-week “pulse check” to smooth out any bugs, review analytics tracking, and discuss your next roadmap steps. Think of it as VIP support to keep momentum going.
